As I understand from Michael, you and your people were always very pleasant to deal with on the phone, and he never felt any pressure or intimidation. You were only helpful in advising to ensure that we got the ring we really wanted, not any more, not any less. It turned what could have been a difficult, stressful chore into an easy, fun project that Michael and I shared together. We really had fun with it, and shared in the excitement while awaiting the arrival of the ring.
