Air Shipping
Your order will be shipped to you fully insured from Elsa Rings. All products go through a thorough inspection on our end before they are shipped out, but we urge all customers to inspect the package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for FedEx receipt.
Calculating Your Delivery Date
To help you calculate the shipment and delivery date of your order, you'll notice an estimated availability listed in the product details for each item. This is the approximate number of days required to process and package your order. Given below are the details to calculate the delivery date.
Credit Approval/Payment Time + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Date
If you place an order on a holiday, a Saturday or Sunday, or after 3 PM Eastern Time on a regular business day, your order will begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Information
If your order is being shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or 2nd Day delivery service:
Delivery usually arrives the next afternoon after shipment if dispatched by FedEx Priority Overnight.
It takes two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment if dispatched by FedEx 2nd day Air. Elsa Rings will ship only to a physical street address, not a P.O. Box address. Adult Signature is required for all shipments. We can however request for a waiver of signatures for orders under $250**.
If your order is being shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight or 2nd Day delivery service:
- Delivery usually arrives the next afternoon after shipment if dispatched by FedEx Priority Overnight from Elsarings.com. It takes two business days (Monday through Friday) following shipment if dispatched by FedEx 2nd day Air.
- Elsarings.com will ship only to a physical street address, not a P.O. Box address.
- Adult Signature is required for all shipments. We can however request for a waiver of signatures for orders under $250 **.
** Signature waivers will have to be informed prior to shipment and is at the discretion of FedEx.
If your order is being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii or an APO or FPO address via USPS Priority Mail:
- Delivery usually occurs within three to five business days after it is shipped from Elsarings.com.
- Elsarings.com will ship only to a street address, not a P.O. Box address.
Because APO & FPO orders must be processed through the military postal service, it may take your package a bit more time to arrive. At the point of shipment to APO/FPO locations the tracking numbers are flagged for security purposes. All Elsarings.com shipments are sent through the USPS system to an APO/FPO are drop shipped to a military postal service known as an APO or FPO within 3-5 business days. From that point on, we depend on the military postal service to deliver the package to you in a timely manner. We cannot specify a delivery date. Shipments to any APO/FPO also cannot be tracked online because of security reasons. APO/FPO customers can however check with their service to find out the exact status of shipment.

Shipping To An Alternate Address
Elsa Rings allows you to place orders and ship it to a destination that is different from your billing address. However, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, when you order jewelry or diamonds priced $500 or more to be delivered to a destination other than your billing address, we will verify the shipping address with the cardholder by calling the bill-to-phone number. To help expedite your order processing, simply ensure that the bill-to-phone number on the order matches the records with your credit card or financing company.
If you cannot be available to sign for your package, you can also have it shipped to your local FedEx location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. Find the FedEx location nearest you.
Shipment of Diamonds & Set Rings
All loose diamonds and rings we set will be delivered via FedEx Priority Overnight®. When you receive your loose diamond or built ring it will be presented in an exquisite signature box. Loose diamonds will be held in place by a tension-secured spring ring. The spring ring is for presentation purposes only and must not be worn, as the diamond can fall out.
