Purchasing a GIA Certified Loose Diamond:
For a full refund, returns must be Within THIRTY (30) DAYS. Included must be all the original packing boxes, including the receipt, packing slip and the diamond certificate. If the GIA certificate is not returned, $200 will be deducted from the refund. Our hand-made rings are never cut and sized – but are newly made to your exact finger size. Therefore, no shifting and loosening of the side stones, no weakening of the shank, ever happens.
Furthermore, the head, which holds the center stone, is never removed from a finished ring and replaced with a bigger or smaller head to accommodate a center stone. Original heads are stronger and will protect your valued diamond better. Finally, all the side diamonds we use perfectly match the color of your center stone. If the side stones don’t match in color sooner or later you will discover the difference and not like it. It will never happen with a made-to-order ring from Elsarings.com. That's a promise.
Because of the care and time invested in the making of each hand-made ring, our company’s return policy differs from typical retail stores or typical websites.
Since Elsarings.com doesn’t have a typical 30-day refund policy how can you see one of our rings without obligating yourself to purchase it? Easy!! If, and only if, you love one of our designs you can request for us to send you our sample. This is a real ring with real diamonds, but has not been made for your finger size, with your center stone, etc. If you wind up not purchasing you have to pay for the shipping charges and the credit card companies service charges.
The only way we will accept a return of a ring that was either custom or made-to-order specifically for you is;
- If the quality of the ring is not up to par, or
- If the ring style a client ordered is not what a client received.
Both of these issues need to be verified, in writing, by a certified, INDEPENDENT GEMOLOGIST before a refund will be issued.
